AN ACT

Providing for the expulsion of Representative Nancy Mace from the United States House of Representatives.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION

That pursuant to Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States, Representative Nancy Mace, be, and she hereby is, expelled from the United States House of Representatives.
