Calling an Article V Convention for proposing amendments to the Constitution of the United States and stipulating the ratification of such amendments by State conventions, a vote of We the People, and for other purposes.

Expressing opposition to the criminalization of essential health care, including the full range of sexual and reproductive health care such as abortion, gender-affirming care, and contraceptive care, and disapproving of the criminalization of pregnancy outcomes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of GLSEN's 2022 Day of Silence in bringing attention to anti-lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, non-binary, Two-Spirit, intersex, and questioning (LGBTQ+) bullying, harassment, discrimination, and other forms of victimization faced by individuals in schools.

Supporting the goals and ideals of International Transgender Day of Visibility.

Recognizing the need to improve physical access to many federally funded facilities for all people of the United States, particularly people with disabilities.

Supporting the goals and ideals of GLSEN's 2021 Day of Silence in bringing attention to anti-lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) name-calling, bullying, and harassment faced by individuals in schools.

Urging the establishment of a United States Commission on Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation.

Censuring and condemning President Donald J. Trump for trying to unlawfully overturn the 2020 Presidential election and violating his oath of office on January 6, 2021.
