Blake Moore is a Republican U.S. Representative from Utah's 1st District serving since 2021 and vice chair of the House Republican Conference.
Blake David Moore, born June 22, 1980, in Ogden, Utah, is the U.S. Representative for Utah's 1st Congressional District. A graduate of the University of Utah with a B.A. in behavioral science and health, Moore earned a master's degree in public policy and administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. After serving as a foreign service officer with the State Department and international healthcare consultant, he worked as a principal at Cicero Group, a management consulting firm. First elected to Congress in 2020, Moore currently serves his third term representing northern Utah including Ogden and Logan. In 2023, he became the first Utah Republican elected to House leadership, serving as vice chair of the House Republican Conference. He sits on the House Ways and Means Committee, the House Budget Committee, and chairs or serves on related subcommittees focused on healthcare, trade, and fiscal policy.
