Craig Alan Goldman is the U.S. Representative for Texas's 12th Congressional District, a Republican elected in 2024 to succeed Kay Granger, who retired after 28 years in the House. Born in Fort Worth in 1968, Goldman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and owns a beverage distribution business. He served in the Texas House of Representatives from 2013 until his election to Congress, including as chair of the House Republican Caucus, a leadership position coordinating conservative members. His congressional district covers most of Fort Worth and surrounding portions of Tarrant and Parker counties. Goldman serves on the House Energy and Commerce Committee and focuses on energy, national defense, and conservative policy priorities. He was sworn in in January 2025 and continues to build relationships with the Fort Worth business community and constituents.
