David Taylor is a Republican U.S. Representative from Ohio's 2nd District, an attorney and business owner representing southern Ohio since 2025.

David James Taylor is the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 2nd Congressional District, a Republican who won election in November 2024 and was sworn in for the 119th Congress on January 3, 2025. Born in Ohio and a graduate of Miami University and the University of Dayton School of Law, Taylor built a business career as owner of Sardinia Ready Mix, a family concrete company in Brown County. He defeated Democrat Samantha Meadows in a heavily Republican district spanning southern Ohio from Portsmouth to Cincinnati's eastern suburbs, focusing on agriculture, energy, and conservative priorities in his first term.
