Jen Kiggans is a Republican U.S. Representative from Virginia's 2nd District, a former Navy helicopter pilot and geriatric nurse practitioner.
Jennifer A. Kiggans is the U.S. Representative for Virginia's 2nd Congressional District, serving since January 2023. A graduate of Old Dominion University and Vanderbilt University, Kiggans served as a U.S. Navy helicopter pilot for a decade, flying H-46 and H-3 helicopters including two deployments to the Persian Gulf, before transitioning to healthcare as a geriatric nurse practitioner.
