Addison Graves 'Joe' Wilson Sr. represents South Carolina's 2nd Congressional District, a Republican who won a December 2001 special election and serves his twelfth full term covering Columbia's suburbs and Fort Jackson. A graduate of Washington and Lee University and University of South Carolina Law School, Wilson is a retired colonel in the South Carolina Army National Guard who served in the state Senate.
