Joshua Scott Harder represents California's 9th Congressional District, a Central Valley district centered on Stockton and San Joaquin County, as a Democrat first elected in 2018 and now serving his fourth term in the 119th Congress. A Turlock native, Harder earned a bachelor's degree from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School before working as a venture capital investor in the Bay Area.
