Lauren Boebert is a Republican U.S. Representative from Colorado's 4th District and Vice Chair of the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
Lauren Opal Boebert is the U.S. Representative for Colorado's 4th Congressional District, a Republican first elected in 2020 representing Colorado's 3rd District and re-elected in 2024 in the 4th District, currently serving her third term. A native of Colorado, Boebert owned the firearms-themed restaurant 'Shooters Grill' in Rifle before defeating a longtime incumbent in a 2020 Republican primary. A staunch conservative and vocal advocate for gun rights and Second Amendment protections, she served as an impeachment manager during Trump's second Senate trial. In the 119th Congress, Boebert serves on the Natural Resources Committee, where she is Vice Chair of the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, and on the House Oversight Committee. She co-chairs the Congressional Second Amendment Caucus and is an active member of the House Freedom Caucus. Her legislative priorities include Second Amendment rights protection, energy production and development, agriculture, and immigration enforcement. Boebert is a prominent Republican voice on gun rights and conservative fiscal policy.
