Thomas R. Suozzi represents New York's 3rd Congressional District covering portions of Nassau County and Queens on Long Island. A Boston College and Fordham Law School graduate, Suozzi served as Glen Cove mayor and Nassau County Executive before his initial congressional service from 2017-2023. After leaving Congress to run unsuccessfully for New York governor in 2022, Suozzi won a special election in February 2024 to replace expelled Congressman George Santos.
