This bill requires specified appropriations for FY2022 and FY2023 to be used by the Coast Guard to improve facilities at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Maryland, including improvements to dock or dry dock, capital equipment improvements, or dredging necessary to facilitate access to such yard.
