Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Expansion Act of 2022
This bill incorporates psychosocial rehabilitation services into the Section 223 Demonstration Program for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics. It also specifies that for purposes of the program, psychiatric rehabilitation services include community-based services and programs that promote community integration and address social needs.
