Of inquiry directing the President to provide certain documents in the President's possession to the House of Representatives relating to communication between the executive branch and the American Federation of Teachers regarding reopening schools and supporting safe, in-person learning.

This resolution directs President Biden to provide, within 14 days, certain information and documents concerning communications between the executive branch and the American Federation of Teachers regarding the development of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's guidance (last updated May 27, 2022) on reopening schools and early care and education programs.
