Of inquiry directing the Secretary of Labor to provide to the House of Representatives certain documents in the Secretary's possession relating to Unemployment Insurance fraud during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This resolution directs the Department of Labor to provide the House of Representatives with any documents and communications during the period beginning on March 1, 2020, and ending on the date of adoption of this resolution that relate to unemployment insurance funds authorized by COVID-19 pandemic programs flowing to criminal syndicates and fraudsters in foreign countries (e.g., China and Russia).
