Foreign Medical School Accountability Fairness Act of 2022
This bill revises the institutional eligibility criteria for a foreign graduate medical school to participate in federal student-aid programs. Specifically, the bill requires all foreign graduate medical schools to meet the same minimum requirements to participate in the programs.
