Executive Summary

This resolution calls for the removal of all COVID-19-related requirements for federal employees, servicemembers, and contractors (i.e., vaccine, testing, masking, and social distancing requirements). The resolution also calls for the reinstatement or resumption of all duties for members of the Armed Forces, federal employees, and contractors whose positions were impacted by their choice not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
