Federal Interior Land Media Act or the FILM Act

This bill rewrites provisions for commercial filming activities or similar projects in National Park System units and on other federal lands.

Specifically, the bill provides exceptions from permitting and fee requirements for content creation, including still photography, digital or analog video, or digital or analog audio recording activities, on land under the jurisdiction of the Departments of Agriculture or the Interior.
