To identify certain roads in the vicinity of Beale Air Force Base, Travis Air Force Base, and Sierra Army Depot, California, as defense access roads for purposes of the defense access roads project under title 10, United States Code.

This bill requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to certify specified roads under the Defense Access Roads Program, which provides for the construction and maintenance of roads important to the national defense. Specifically, DOD must certify specified roads in the vicinity of (1) Beale Air Force Base, California, (2) Travis Air Force Base, California, and (3) Sierra Army Depot, California.
