National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center Authorization Act of 2023 or the NBACC Authorization Act of 2023
This bill provides statutory authority for the National Biodefense Analysis and Countermeasures Center (NBACC) in the Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Directorate.
The directorate must conduct a mission needs assessment of the NBACC.
