Creating Additional Seats to Ease Legally Overburdened Adjudicators' Dockets Act of 2023 or the CASE LOAD Act of 2023
This bill increases the total number of U.S. district court judgeships for the Eastern District of California. Specifically, the bill incrementally increases the number from 6 to 11 by 2029.
