Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives in support of science diplomacy, and for other purposes.

This resolution reaffirms that international scientific engagement furthers U.S. diplomatic and security interests. The resolution also calls on the Department of State to establish a Science and Technology Advisory Board to provide technical proficiency on science and technology issues related to foreign policy priorities.
