Enhancing Spaceport Operations Act
This bill authorizes the military departments to support federal and commercial space launch capacities on any domestic real property under the departments’ control through the provision of space launch support services. The military departments are authorized to enter into a contract or other transaction with a commercial entity that intends to conduct space launch activities on a military installation.
