A bill to require a report on the effect of the phase-out of the reduction of Survivor Benefit Plan survivor annuities by the amount of dependency and indemnity compensation.

This bill requires the Department of Defense to report to Congress on the effect of the phase-out of the reduction of the Survivor Benefit Plan annuities by the amount of Dependency and Indemnity Compensation received by survivors.
