A bill to require the Commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command to conduct a gap analysis of the capabilities of the North American Aerospace Defense Command.

This bill requires the North American Aerospace Defense Command to analyze and report on its capabilities. Such analysis and report must analyze any limitation that has been or may be exploited by a foreign country to allow air assets of the foreign country to enter the airspace of the United States or Canada unnoticed.
