A resolution proclaiming a Declaration of Environmental Rights for Incarcerated People.

This resolution declares that incarcerated people have the right to (1) healthy and safe environments, and (2) advocate for protecting and improving their environmental health. 

This resolution also supports efforts to enact legislation that is guided by the principles of the Declaration of Environmental Rights for Incarcerated People (as described in this resolution).
