AN ACT

Expunging the December 18, 2019, and January 13, 2021, Impeachments of President Donald Trump.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION

That — (1) the December 18, 2019, impeachment of President Donald John Trump is expunged, as if such Articles had never passed the full House of Representatives; and (2) the January 13, 2021, impeachment of President Donald John Trump is expunged, as if such Article had never passed the full House of Representatives.
