Parental Choices Not School Mandates Act of 2021
This bill prohibits certain educational institutions that receive federal funds from mandating COVID-19 vaccination for students. Specifically, the prohibition applies to elementary schools, secondary schools, or institutions of higher education through July 1, 2023.
