Executive Summary

This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to establish an election research program through which qualified independent security researchers test each election system to identify potentially vulnerable information. Further, DHS must establish policies and procedures for processing and resolving potentially vulnerable information relating to an election system.
