Pre-Apprenticeship Wrap-around Support Services Fund Act of 2021
This bill authorizes the Department of Labor to award grants to eligible applicants to provide stipends to individuals enrolled in a pre-apprenticeship program. Grant recipients must prioritize the provision of stipends to individuals with a barrier to employment.
