Providing for consideration of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 5746) to amend title 51, United States Code, to extend the authority of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to enter into leases of non-excess property of the Administration.

This resolution sets forth rules for consideration of H.R. 5746 (to extend the authority of NASA to enter into leases of non-excess property) and a Senate amendment to that bill. The resolution also allows for consideration a motion that the House concur in the Senate amendment by replacing the text of the Senate amendment with the Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act.
