This bill prohibits the Department of Agriculture and state agencies from making individuals receive a COVID-19 vaccine in order to participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), and school meals programs.
