Federal Interventions and New Detections of Fentanyl Act of 2023 or the FIND Fentanyl Act of 2023
This bill reauthorizes through FY2028 the pilot program that is administered by the Department of Health and Human Services that supports coordination between public health laboratories and law enforcement in order to better detect fentanyl and other synthetic opioids.
