To require the Administrator of the General Services Administration to submit a report describing a process for seeking public comment about proposed changes to mandatory design standards for public buildings, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the General Services Administration (GSA) to revise the process for updating and changing mandatory design standards and performance criteria for federally owned buildings. Specifically, GSA shall (1) include a public comment period during the process, (2) provide a summary of public comments, and (3) publish changes in the Federal Register and on the GSA website.
