Prioritizing PFAS-Free Cleaning Products Act
This bill requires that the Department of Defense, to the maximum extent practicable, only procure cleaning products that are identified by the Safer Choice program or an independent third-party organization that provides certifications in a manner consistent with the Safer Choice program.
