This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of

  • H.R. 2811 (Limit, Save, Grow Act of 2023, which increases the federal debt limit, decreases spending, repeals several energy tax credits, expands work requirements for some means-tested programs, and nullifies regulations for canceling federal student loan debt), and
  • H.J. Res. 39 (which nullifies a rule submitted by the Department of Commerce that allows for the suspension of duties on certain solar panels that are completed in Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand or Vietnam and use certain Chinese parts and components).
