All-American Flag Act

This bill prohibits agencies from using funds to procure a U.S. flag unless such flag has been manufactured in the United States from materials that have been U.S. grown, produced, or manufactured. Each manufacturer of a U.S. flag shall maintain records related to such flags marketed by the manufacturer for a five-year period demonstrating that articles, materials, and supplies used for the flags have been grown or 100% produced or manufactured in the United States.
