Border Airport Enhancement Act of 2023
This bill requires the President to designate certain airports as ports of entry and terminate the user fee requirement for customs services at these airports. This bill specifically applies to the Valley International Airport in Harlingen, Texas, and the Plattsburgh International Airport in Plattsburgh, New York.
