Agricultural Food Chemical Reassessment Act of 2024
This bill directs the Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) to determine the fitness for human consumption of certain food ingredients used in meat, poultry, and egg products. FSIS must initiate any rulemaking based on the determination.
