API documentation
Introduction
Bills, actions, text, sponsors, votes, amendments, members and committees, as Congress.gov publishes them, in one JSON API. The higher plan adds our own analysis: editorial summaries with citations, facts pulled from each bill, topic scores and search by meaning.
Base URL
Every endpoint is a GET under https://api.thelobbynews.com/v1, answers JSON, and is listed in the OpenAPI document.
Quickstart
Choose a plan, make a key on your account page, and send it as a bearer token:
