GET/v1/bills/{billId}/sectionsAll plans

The bill's text as ordered, structured sections, a page at a time: up to 500 sections a page, or 50 with full=true, which adds each section's text for quoting, diffing or your own analysis. Follow nextCursor for the rest of a long bill.
