- Eastvale, California;
- Castle Pines, Colorado;
- Centennial, Colorado;
- Lone Tree, Colorado;
- Silver Cliff, Colorado;
- Superior, Colorado;
- Goose Creek, Connecticut;
- Scotland, Connecticut;
- Estero, Florida;
- Ft. Myers, Florida;
- Hollywood, Florida;
- Miami Lakes, Florida;
- Ocoee, Florida;
- Oakland Park, Florida;
- The Villages, Florida
- Burr Ridge, Illinois;
- Urbandale, Iowa;
- Carmel, Indiana;
- Swanzey, New Hampshire;
- Kinnelon, New Jersey;
- Flanders, New York;
- Glendale, New York;
- Riverside, New York;
- Northampton, New York;
- Sargent, Texas;
- Fairlawn, Virginia;
- Caledonia, Wisconsin;
- Franklin, Wisconsin;
- Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin;
