Early Educators Apprenticeship Act
This bill establishes a grant program to assist partnerships with the cost of apprenticeship programs focused on early childhood education. A partnership must include an employer and an institution of higher education. It may also include other specified entities, such as labor organizations, community-based organizations, and state or local educational agencies.
