A bill to create a point of order against legislation modifying the number of Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States.

This bill permits Senators to object to the consideration of any measure that modifies the total number of Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court. An objection raised on these grounds may be waived or suspended only by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Senate.
